I have only had my massage chair for a few weeks. After doing some research on many different massage chairs, I decided to get the Kahuna SM-7300S SL-Track Premium chair. The chair came partially assembled. Being a woman, I had the White Glove Service added to my purchase. Mr. Simeon Tchameu, the Co-owner was kind enough to set up an appointment to visit my home and complete the installation. He was very knowledgeable about the install and was done in less than an hour. He was helpful in showing me how to operate the chair.
The Kahuna chair offers different massage settings. The best part of a massage for me is my back. The chair works very well for me in that area. It also has a manual setting to adjust to your comfort. I have not gotten a chance to use all the automatic settings, but intend too. The airbag settings are good, but are too hard and tight when it comes to the legs and feet area. I am glad I am able to manually make adjustments for the legs and feet to make it feel better. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a massage chair.

getting it figured out
a bit confusing and clumsy remote. wife loves it. i may look for a larger chair. tough to find stores to try these out beforehand, i need my shoulder air bags higher than on this chair. ok value and will work till i upgrade.

Overall I am happy with my chair
The chair arrived on schedule and packaging was in good condition. I watched the installation video and my son helped to install. I have a back injury and hence the extra hands were needed, but if you have a helper and any technical capacity I would save the $200 dollars. The chair works as expected with good pressure and numerous settings. A little over a week in, I can definitely see some benefits in my flexibility and muscle soreness. The foot rub is comfortable. On some programs the air can be aggressive on the feet and calves, but I like that. It reclines to a nice angle and is infinitely adjustable. It would be great if it had, at minimum, preprogrammed ‘neck and shoulders’ and ‘back and glutes’ And really great if you could dial in pressure for different areas. In my case I like strong pressure on my neck, shoulders, and glutes, but not my low back where I have had several surgeries. Seems like with a little effort they could make the remote very easy to use. I do hope they come out with a reliable IOS app to compensate for the limited controller. Otherwise basically as good as advertised and definitely functional for what it is supposed to do.
