Do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE curbside delivery on all massage chair orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We also offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes in-home assembly and packaging removal.

How long will it take to receive my chair?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard curbside delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive. If you opt for White Glove Delivery, you can expect your chair within 2-3 weeks.

What is your Price Match Guarantee?

We guarantee the lowest price online from any authorized dealer. If you find the same chair for a lower price, we will match it. All our chairs are listed at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by the manufacturer.
