Daiwa Massage Chairs Return Policy
Shipping Chair delivery and setup will be completed by a U.S. JACLEAN, INC. technician except in cases where the delivery destination is in a remote location; in those cases, an alternate delivery option will be offered. If the order is canceled after it has shipped, the purchaser is responsible for the roundtrip shipping cost.
Returns within 30 days: Returns within 30 days after delivery are accepted, but will incur a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fee, and must include all original packages.
Change Shipping Date/Address: If you need to change the shipping date, you must do so no later than 48 hours in advance of the originally scheduled shipment, or else you will be charged a $150 fee. If the order is canceled after it has shipped, the purchaser is responsible for the roundtrip shipping cost.

Warranty coverage begins at the time of purchase (with registration) and covers a chair’s parts and framework for a period of two years, along with labor for one year, after the initial purchase. An extended warranty is also available for purchase.
Extended Warranty Purchase As part of our commitment to ensuring a great experience, we offer the option to extend the basic warranty above. We have a variety of options to suit your budget and service needs. Our flexible plan allows you to purchase parts and labor separately if you desire.

Great chair for Neck Massage but little bigger for my wife
If you are looking for a massage chair with all in one, you have the right one. Pegasus 2 Smart is really smart. I spent a week looking for a massage chair that can fit my needs because i have larger shoulder. I call this guys because I was not sure if the Daiwa Hubble can do the job. I got Simeon on the phone. Once I told him that I have a larger shoulders and I need neck massage as well, he kept me on hold for 2 minutes and give me this amazing chair. I was told that the Hubble have ample amount of space for wide shoulder individuals, but does not extend in the shoulders like the Pegasus 2 Smart. This was a great advice and I thank him again. I very satisfied with this investment. My only cons is that my 5-feet wife cannot use all the functions. She never feel the rollers under my feet, and the neck rollers touch my head and her hands are too short to feel the massage. I wish we could enjoy together at the full features.
