DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

No! 

 ZebraMassageChairs.Com is based out of the District of Columbia and we currently only charge sales tax to customers within the state. We do not charge sales tax to the other contiguous United States.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes!

All of our massage chairs come with free standard Curbside Delivery. We process most shipments within 1-4 business days of ordering. Once your massage chair has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of the shipment until the moment it arrives at your home or business.

 

IS THE MASSAGE CHAIR I’M PURCHASING NEW?

Absolutely! All the massage chairs we carry are shipped new.

WHAT'S THE WHITE GLOVES SERVICE?

If you choose to receive our free standard shipping, you will have to assemble your massage chair yourself. All of our chairs come with detailed instructions, and if followed, can easily be assembled within in 15-40 minutes depending on the model

However, if you prefer to have your massage chair assembled for you, we offer our customers a White Glove Delivery upgrade. With White Glove Delivery, a professional installation team will be more than happy to bring the chair into your home or business, remove the packaging, and completely assemble it for you. Your chair will be operating correctly before they leave.

 

I’VE PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MASSAGE CHAIR?

Our massage chairs typically ship out 1-3 business days of ordering. With free Curbside Delivery and Threshold Delivery, you can expect your chair to arrive roughly 7-14 days after it has shipped. If you opt for the White Glove Delivery service, you can expect to receive your chair within 2-3 weeks of shipment.
