Year 1
Tru Massage Chair will cover all parts, labor, and chair framework from the date of purchase. In other words, this warranty includes parts, costs, and work for the first year at no cost to the customer. Remote control is covered for one year only.
Year 2
After reaching a one-year warranty, only parts are covered for two years. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, abuse, misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, normal wear and tear including velcro/zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or soiled.
This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
All returns for issues other than those above are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods are required to be packaged in original packaging and materials, and the user is responsible for the cost of the freight shipping the parcel back to us.
Once the claim is made, we usually take care of it within five business days.
How reliable are our chairs?
Our chairs have a 3% defect rate, including issues caused by user error or improper installation. Our chair last 3000 hours
which equals 8 years with 1 hour of use per day.
What's the most common reason for breakage?
The footrest. People don't allow for the footrest to go down before getting out. Puts too much stress on the footrest.
The backrest is because users will push back on the roller heads to get more pressure. This will wear out the motor.
It happens when it exceeds the weight limit.
