Return Policy — Zebra Massage Chairs
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Your chair must be in its original, unused or minimally used condition with all original packaging and components included.
How to Start a Return Contact us within 30 days at info@zebramassagechairs.com or (202) 998-5566, Mon–Sat 9AM–6PM EDT. Do not ship anything back without written authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you cancel before the chair ships, only the 20% restocking fee applies. If the chair has already shipped, you are also responsible for return freight costs (typically $150–$400).
Damaged or Defective Items Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your chair arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at info@zebramassagechairs.com or (202) 998-5566 with photos or video. We will coordinate a resolution at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective on arrival: Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) chairs, floor models, special orders, Morningstar & Yarrow chairs, gift cards, and any item missing original packaging or components.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed, contact us at info@zebramassagechairs.com.
