β Changed your mind before the chair ships
If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee applies. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable.
β Changed your mind after the chair has shipped
You are responsible for return freight shipping costs (typically $150β$400 depending on location and chair size) plus a 20% restocking fee on the item price. The chair must be returned in its original packaging in unused or minimally used condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
π« Defective on arrival (DOA)
If your chair arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (202) 998-5566 or info@zebramassagechairs.com. Include photos or video of the damage. We will coordinate a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you β regardless of chair type.
Contact Us First
Call (202) 998-5566 or email info@zebramassagechairs.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without authorization.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will confirm eligibility, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and give you return shipping instructions.
Package & Ship
Repack the chair in its original packaging. Arrange freight pickup using the carrier instructions provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refund Processed
Once the chair is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5β10 business days to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
