We believe the best return is one that never happens. Our entire process is designed to ensure you love your chair before it arrives — and for years after.

Before you purchase, our U.S.-based specialists will confirm your chair fits your height, weight, room dimensions, and therapeutic goals. Most returns happen because buyers skipped this step. We make it easy to skip the skip.

✓ What Is Covered

Items returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Manufacturer defects are covered under warranty — not the return policy.

⚠ Important to Know

Massage chairs weigh 200–350 lbs. Return shipping is a freight cost borne by the buyer, and a restocking fee applies. We are transparent about this upfront — it is why we invest so heavily in pre-purchase guidance.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging and components intact.

Because massage chairs are exceptionally heavy freight items, returns require coordination with our logistics team. Do not attempt to ship a chair without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

If you received a defective item or your chair was damaged in transit, this is handled through our warranty process — not the return policy. Contact us immediately and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.

Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email support@zebramassagechairs.com or call (202) 820-2141. Include your order number and reason for return. We respond within one business day.

Return Authorization

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and coordinate freight pickup. Do not ship without this number — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Repackage & Schedule Pickup

Repackage the chair in its original packaging. Our logistics team will schedule a freight pickup from your address. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus return shipping and restocking fees.
