Any chair β€” defective on arrival (DOA) βœ“ Yes β€” all types Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We coordinate resolution at no cost to you.
Return Scenarios & Fees

βœ“ Changed your mind before the chair ships

If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee applies. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

⚠ Changed your mind after the chair has shipped

You are responsible for return freight shipping costs (typically $150–$400 depending on location and chair size) plus a 20% restocking fee on the item price. The chair must be returned in its original packaging in unused or minimally used condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Defective on arrival (DOA)

If your chair arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (202) 998-5566 or info@zebramassagechairs.com. Include photos or video of the damage. We will coordinate a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you β€” regardless of chair type.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First

Call (202) 998-5566 or email info@zebramassagechairs.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without authorization.

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will confirm eligibility, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and give you return shipping instructions.

Package & Ship

Repack the chair in its original packaging. Arrange freight pickup using the carrier instructions provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refund Processed

Once the chair is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

Important: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in all cases. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused. Zebra Massage Chairs reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above. For defective on arrival claims, contact us within 48 hours of delivery β€” claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
