Our team contacts the manufacturer directly on your behalf. We document the issue, submit the claim, and confirm the coverage scope. You do not need to navigate manufacturer support channels alone.
Service Coordination
For issues requiring an on-site technician, we coordinate the service visit scheduling between you and the manufacturer's authorized service network. We follow up to confirm completion.
Resolution Confirmed
We follow up after service to confirm your chair is fully operational and you are satisfied with the resolution. Your claim is not closed until you confirm it is resolved.
