When you buy from us, you are not navigating the manufacturer alone. If your chair requires service, we act as your personal liaison. We handle the paperwork, follow up with the brand on your behalf, and ensure your claim is prioritized — so you return to your recovery routine faster.

Parts and Labor

All mechanical and electrical components are covered for the full warranty period. Labor costs for authorized technician visits are included.

Structural Frame

The chair's structural frame is covered for the life of the product on most models. Frame integrity issues are resolved at no cost to you.

Technical Support

U.S.-based technical support for programming, remote troubleshooting, and software questions — for the life of your ownership.

Zebra Advocacy

We act as your intermediary with the manufacturer — filing claims, coordinating service visits, and following up until your issue is fully resolved.

We Initiate the Claim

Our team contacts the manufacturer directly on your behalf. We document the issue, submit the claim, and confirm the coverage scope. You do not need to navigate manufacturer support channels alone.

Service Coordination

For issues requiring an on-site technician, we coordinate the service visit scheduling between you and the manufacturer's authorized service network. We follow up to confirm completion.

Resolution Confirmed

We follow up after service to confirm your chair is fully operational and you are satisfied with the resolution. Your claim is not closed until you confirm it is resolved.

Does my warranty transfer if I move to a different address?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties are tied to the product, not the address. Service availability may vary by location — contact us and we will confirm service coverage for your new address.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage not caused by a defect, damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications, and damage caused by failure to follow the owner's manual guidelines are not covered. Commercial use on a residential warranty is also excluded.
How long does a warranty claim typically take to resolve?
Most claims are acknowledged within 1–2 business days. Parts-only resolutions typically take 5–10 business days for delivery. On-site service visits are typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks depending on your location and technician availability.
Is the warranty voided if I purchase from an unauthorized dealer?
Yes. All manufacturer warranties require purchase from an authorized dealer. Zebra is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers — including many marketplace listings — voids your manufacturer warranty entirely.
Can I extend my warranty coverage?
Extended warranty options are available for select brands and models. Contact our team at the time of purchase or within the first year of ownership to explore extended coverage options.
