Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States

Every massage chair order ships free to the lower 48 states — no minimums, no hidden fees. White Glove delivery (in-home placement and assembly) is available in select areas as a paid service; pricing varies by brand and location.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. We immediately contact our fulfillment team to verify stock and availability.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email with options.

Order Fulfillment

In-stock orders are processed and submitted for shipment within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If your chair arrives damaged or a component is missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@zebramassagechairs.com or (202) 998-5566 so we can resolve it promptly.
