RETURN & REFUND
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the time you receive your product to issue a return. Always make sure to keep the original box for the first 30 days if you plan on returning it. A return without the original box will cost an extra $350 to return.
If your product arrives damaged, please provide images of the damage and we will either send a new unit or send parts to fix it (free of charge).
Change of mind or Cancellation:
- If you decide to change your mind after your order, you will be responsible for $20 cancellation fees.
- If you cancel after your order have been processed or you choose to return the product for whatever reason within the 30-Day period, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee + $20 cancellation fees + return’s shipping fees.
- White Gloves Delivery (accomplished) is non-refundable.
