A 2-year warranty is included with your purchase.
Year 1
All parts, labor, and the chair's framework are covered from the date of purchase by Tru Massage Chair. This means parts, costs, and labor are at no charge to you for the first year. The remote control is covered for one year.
Year 2
After the first year, only parts are covered for the second year. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, incorrect power supply use, power surges, failure to follow instructions, transportation damage, abuse, misuse, environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, or normal wear and tear. This includes issues like velcro/zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric due to accident or neglect (stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or soiling).
Shipping expenses for warranty claims are not included.
Returns for reasons other than those mentioned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging and materials, and you are responsible for the freight shipping cost back to us.
