Roller Mechanisms: 2D vs 3D vs 4D

The roller is the heart of the massage. This is the most important technology decision you will make.

2D Rollers

Move up/down and side-to-side along the spine. Consistent, gentle, and reliable. Best for relaxation and entry-level daily use.

3D Rollers

Add a third dimension β€” rollers protrude in and out for adjustable pressure depth. Suitable for moderate pain and most users.

Track Types: S-Track vs L-Track vs SL-Track

The track determines where the rollers travel on your body. This directly impacts how much of your back gets massaged.

S-Track

Follows the natural S-curve of the spine from neck to lower back. Good for upper and mid-back. Does not reach the glutes or hamstrings.

L-Track

Extends from the neck down through the glutes and upper hamstrings. Better lower back coverage. Longer roller path than S-Track.

Zero Gravity: Stages Explained

Zero gravity is a recline position β€” not a massage technique. It changes how your body weight is distributed during the massage.

Stage Position Benefit
Single-Stage One fixed zero-gravity angle Basic spinal decompression
Dual-Stage Two recline positions More customization, deeper decompression
Triple-Stage Three recline positions including near-flat Maximum spinal relief, best for chronic pain

AI Body Scan Technology

Before each session, sensors scan your spine and auto-adjust the roller path to your exact height and body shape.

Basic Body Scan

Detects shoulder height and adjusts roller start position. Found in mid-range chairs.
