30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the time you receive your product to issue a return. Always keep the original box for the first 30 days if you plan on returning it. A return without the original box will cost an extra $350 to replace.
If your product arrives damaged, please provide images, and we will either send a new unit or parts to fix it (free of charge).
Change of mind or Cancellation:
- If you decide to change your mind after your order, you will be responsible for $20 cancellation fees. - If you cancel after your order has been processed or choose to return the product for whatever reason within the 30 days, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee + $20 cancellation fees + return shipping fees.
